Ars Regendi is a massive multiplayer browser-based game that simulates states in a very realistic way. The virtual regents can watch all consequences of their political and economical decisions in numbers and diagrams, which are generated in a very complex formula system. Also, Ars Regendi became a meeting point for politically interested gamers who discuss at a very high level about alternative political, social and economical concepts. In addition, Ars Regendi will be extended to a complete geopolitical simulator soon.
Purpose
Ars Regendi offers a lot of political options for nearly every problem which can occur in a modern. The game does not say: Make it like this, that’s the right solution! No, it wants to make the players think of the consequences of their decisions and discuss them in the community. Especcially in economical issues Ars Regendi helps the players to understand how economy works, even far away from the general concepts in reality.
