Posted by Benjamin Stokes on 10-05-06G4C is happy to announce that we are the project lead on a $250K grant from the MacArthur Foundation made to the Digital Innovations Group (DIG). As part of MacArthur’s new Digital Media and Learning initiative we will be working on three projects. The first is an online Knowledge Network for the national coordination of resources and community leadership; the second is a series of offline events to connect with policymakers, practitioners and the general public; and the third is research assessing the emerging field of digital games and social change. The official grant recipient, DIG, is G4C’s fiscal sponsor. Some additional details are available on the MacArthur site here.
