Alex Britez hold over 15 years of professional experience in development, for a wide variety of clients, including various Viacom properties, Nike, Puma, and all the major educational book publishers, including Macmillan, Scholastics, McGraw Hill and Pearson. Alex enjoys being a maker of things that help individuals grasp a better understanding of content, both digital and physical. This has lead to a graduate degree in Digital Media Design for Learning from NYU’s Steinhardt School of Education.

Most recently, Alex, has accepted an offer with Bedford St. Martin, a subsidiary of Macmillan Higher Education, as their Digital Solutions Designer. There he will be leveraging his skills in development, design and his theoretical understanding of education, to rapidly prototype educational media alongside editorial, and the students and instructors that they serve.

His not so secret weapon, for innovation, is his four year old daughter Micaela and soon to be born son Julian. They feed his passion of working on projects that serve both education and social causes.
