How do I register for CampG4C?
You can register for CampG4C by filling out the registration form, available here: http://www.gamesforchange.org/campg4c/registration
Once you've submitted the form, you will receive a confirmation email in your mailbox, and immediately be able to use CampG4C.
How do I edit my personal profile?
After you've registered, you might want to go back and edit your personal profile. To do this, go to the top, right hand corner of the site. In text, you will see "edit profile". Click on that, edit the personal information form, and submit your edits.
How do I view my public profile?
You can view your public profile by going to the top, right hand corner of the site. In text, you will see "view profile". Click on that to view the public information visible to all CampG4C members.
You acknowledge and agree that CampG4C has no responsibility for the assessment or resolution of any disputes arising from your ability to join or remain a Member or otherwise use the Service. You acknowledge and understand that CampG4C is not required to provide any assistance including any technical or customer support in connection with the Service and that your use of the Service is entirely at your own risk.
How do I enter my project?
Once you've registered for CampG4C you can enter your projects. To enter a project click on the "add a project" button, located in the right hand column. Fill out the project description form and submit.
How do I add members to my project?
When you first submit your project description form, you will be taken to a member management area where you can add members to your project from list of all CampG4C members, or send an project membership invitation to an external person.
What can project members do?
Project members have access to the private project page. They can edit the project profile, add resources to share with other project members, and have private discussions not visible to non-members.
What's the difference between a public project profile and a project I'm a member of?
All projects have public profiles including the information you submitted with your project description form. These profiles can be edited by all project members. Your public project profile is visible to all CampC4C members. CampG4C members can comment on and rate your public project profiles, but they cannot edit the profile, or access resources or discussions by project members.
How can I join a project I didn't submit to CampG4C?
In order to join a project you do not own, you must email the project director, whose contact information is listed in the left hand column of any public project profile.
How do I find projects in the network?
You can search for projects on the Projects page, accessible from CampG4C's top, main navigation. On the Projects page you will see all search fields available to find projects in the network. Search results appear below in a tabbed browsing area. You can also view projects listed A-Z, by rank, or view a list of projects seeking collaborators.
Where can I see a full list of projects in CampG4C?
You will find a full listing of projects in CampG4C on the Projects page, available from the network's top, main navigation. On the Projects page, scroll down to the tabbed browsing tool, located below the search area. The first tab allows you to view all projects in the network, listed A-Z.
How do I find other CampG4C members?
You can find other CampG4C members by viewing the Community page, accessible from CampG4C'S top, main navigation. On the Community page you will see Featured Members, a search tool, and a tabbed browsing tool for viewing members. You may search members by name, organization, social issue, and tags. You may also view a list of most recently joined members, and by most favorited by other members in the network.
Where can I get news from the gaming and non-profit community?
CampG4C is currently aggregating feeds from multiple gaming and non-profit technology blogs. You may access these feeds from CampG4C's top, main navigation, under Feeds. On this page you will see a list of the five most recent headlines from each blog..
Where can I find information about what's happening in the gaming community?
CampG4C has a listing of conferences including industry and serious gaming conferences and other smaller events relevant to the social issue gaming community..
